Social Media Manager – creative agency – up to £48k DOE + benefits
Our client is a fast-growing, independent creative agency based in London, hiring a Social Media Manager to lead and deliver engaging campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Alongside a highly collaborative and creative working culture, the agency offers flexible working, regular team socials and ongoing development opportunities.
As Social Media Manager, you’ll bring a mix of creative thinking, content strategy and client management. This is a key role in a small, integrated team where social is a core part of brand storytelling. You’ll manage organic campaigns, influencer activity, and daily content planning across a portfolio of exciting FMCG and consumer clients. The team is close-knit, ambitious, and full of energy, a great fit for someone who loves keeping up with culture and challenging what’s possible in social.
You’ll work closely with creatives, account managers and clients to develop original, insight-led campaigns that cut through and connect with audiences.
What do I need?
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar social media role within a creative or integrated agency
* Proven experience leading strategy and content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
* Confident working with influencers, UGC creators, and managing organic campaigns
* A portfolio that shows creative thinking, results and strong client management
* Passion for social, content and culture – you’re someone who spots trends early
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with an organised, can-do attitude
