Job Responsibilities
* Ensure the effective day-to-day running of the homecare service by establishing close contact with staff and conducting regular reviews of Health and Social Care standards.
* Liaise with coordinators to allocate workers appropriately to meet client needs.
* Monitor staff regularly to ensure high standards of care within the homecare sector.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, service users, staff, and colleagues.
* Maintain good communication through regular staff and team meetings.
* Serve as a specialist champion in areas such as dementia, leadership, workforce development, or mental health.
* Ensure compliance with the company's recruitment and employment procedures.
* Maintain staff and service user records, ensuring confidentiality.
* Comply with SSSC Code of Practice and Health and Social Care Standards for Care at Home.
* Conduct spot checks of service delivery and staff performance.
* Utilize company scheduling systems like Coldharbour and CM2000.
* Conduct Care Plan and Risk Assessments, creating individual Care Plans tailored to each service user's needs promptly after service commencement.

Salary: £23,000+ per annum, depending on call-outs (£15.35 per call-out rate).
