Senior E-Commerce Account Manager
London, UK
Our mission
In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn’t find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 10 years later, our pack has over 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.
What type of breed are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Senior E-Commerce Account Manager to take ownership of our European e-commerce portfolio, with a strong focus on Amazon Vendor.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “manage” accounts — but owns them. End-to-end. From pricing and promotions to stock, performance, and everything in between.
You’ll sit in the middle of the action, working across agencies, supply chain, marketing, and data teams to make sure things don’t just get planned… they actually happen.
What is in your bowl?
A healthy scoop of ownership, structure, and commercial impact. You’ll get to:
* Own the Amazon commercial levers end-to-end (pricing, promotions, assortment) across our EU e-commerce business
* Building and driving JBPs and promo calendars that deliver results
* Make sure plans don’t just look good in a deck, but actually land in market and drive performance
* Sit in the middle of the action, working with agencies, supply chain, marketing, and data teams to keep everything moving in sync (and avoid unnecessary chaos)
* Turn data into decisions, and decisions into measurable commercial impact
* Spot risks and opportunities early (before they become urgent messages on a Monday morning)
* Keeping secondary e‑tailers like Bol, Zooplus, Plein, Medpets on track
* Keep a close eye on performance: what’s working, what’s not, and what needs fixing fast
What skills & tricks should you bring?
* Strong Amazon Vendor experience (this one is key), ideally within FMCG or a fast‑paced environment
* Commercial mindset + love for data and performance
* Someone who takes ownership, not instructions
* Structured, detail‑driven, and fast to act
* Comfortable working across teams and stakeholders
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
Not sure if you tick all the boxes but our role truly excites you? Don’t let our job description hold you back, get applying!
Our benefits
* Competitive salary package that matches your experience
* 25 holidays per year + the option to take an extra month off to fully recharge
* Flexible working from home + one month per year working from anywhere
* Company retreats, fun team activities, and a Volunteering Day
* Wellbeing program
* Bring your pets to work + pet food for your furry friend
* Learning and growth opportunities in a fast‑growing, international scale‑up
