Legal Operations Manager (12 months FTC)
Our client, a leading professional body, is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Manager to drive operational improvements and enhance efficiency across their Governance, Legal and Privacy functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can deliver change and shape best practice from scratch.
Key responsibilities:
* Streamline processes and reduce duplication across the teams
* Embed risk management and horizon scanning into operational workflows
* Develop templates and tools to enable self-service and improve productivity
* Enhance record management systems and strengthen organisational knowledge
* Identify and implement technology solutions to support legal operations
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and champion collaboration
Experience Required (must have):
* Significant experience in legal operations, process improvement and technology implementation
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Highly organised, resilient and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* A proactive self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
Desirable:
* Commercial mindset with a pragmatic approach
* Experience in global or multi-jurisdictional environments
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the Central London office.
Salary based on experience. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract and is PAYE.
