Project Manager - Electrically Biased
This is a perfect role for an Electrical Supervisor looking for a step up into a managerial position.
You'll be supported along the way and responsible for a contracts with a key client of theirs, making sure you have room to progress in your career.

Key aspects of the role:
Managing a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.
Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.
Primarily surveying a radius of 20 miles from Chesterfield.
Working on Social Housing Voids to ensure electrical works are kept up to standard and to company regulations.
What you'll need:
Essential:
Social Housing refurbishment, decent homes, retrofit, decarbonisation, responsive repairs, maintenance experience.
Relevant Electrical Qualifications
Previous experience as an Electrician
UK Driving Licence
CSCS Card
First Aid at work
