About The Role
This is a Scheme Support Officer role, based in our Supported accommodation services, on a relief basis. This position is ideal for individuals with other commitments or someone who wants to try something new. It gives you the chance to feel you are making a difference daily.
Managers will offer shifts in the Swansea area (or further if you wish) with as much notice as possible, but you might be contacted on an ad-hoc basis when shift cover is needed. As such, the hours may not be guaranteed.
Services in the area
Ty Parc – Working in a team, you will provide support to vulnerable individuals, couples and families and help them to develop the key skills needed to prevent homelessness, improve financial capability, promote resettlement into the community and achieve positive progression. You will provide housing-related support to equip our customers with the knowledge, skills and tools that they need to be able to live independent lives.
Skills And Experience Needed
Relevant work experience and knowledge of issues relating to vulnerable people is essential.

Pay and Pensions
* £25,877.80 FTE (£13.45 per hour)
* Sleep‑in rate: £62.64 per 8 hour shift
