TheRole
We are seeking a skilled andambitious leader to spearhead the growth and service strategy ofour learning and development service portfolio. Our learningbusiness holds significant potential for impact in the market forour clients and within our own team. In this role you will begranted autonomy to take ownership of this service line driving itsgrowth and commercial development.
This positioninvolves playing a pivotal leadership role in the business activelycultivating the learning services portfolio and establishingeffective processes for program delivery. Integral responsibilitiesinclude overseeing personal and professional development intraining delivery leading ABM accreditation offerings and managingthe portfolio budget.
Your accountability extendsto propelling the growth and effectiveness of our learningprograms. It is crucial to establish a core standardized offeringthat can be flexibly adapted to meet the diverse needs ofbusinesses utilizing our accreditation and capabilitybuildingservices. Your focus will be on developing modern and scalablemethods to deliver these services and expanding their reach tocustomers.
Responsibilities
Executive Leadership of Learning ServicePortfolio:
* Develop the serviceportfolio create innovative services for expansion and shapeintellectual property.
* Lead the creation oflearning solutions and content enhancing existing programs anddesigning specialist programs tailored to diverse clientprofiles.
* Develop and implement growthstrategies aligned with company goals including business planningclientlevel growth plans and new businessstrategy.
* Build effective processes for thedelivery of learning programs optimizing ways of working technologyand tools.
Client Development andService Delivery:
* Provide strategicguidance to consulting teams for opportunity development and clientgrowth.
* Develop and present new ideas andproposals to senior client stakeholders to expand learningsolutions across the current clientbase.
* Generate revenue for learning anddevelopment to foster growth with existing clients and secure newopportunities.
* Lead specific client engagementssetting the strategic direction for optimaloutcomes.
* Collaboration with ConsultingIndustry Practices:
* Partner with consultingindustry practices for internal team enablement ensuringconsistency and leveraging resourceseffectively.
* Establish standard learningexperiences and endtoend solutions to ensureexcellence.
ThoughtLeadership:
* Establish external marketinfluence through thought leadership to position Momentums learningcapabilities communicate the value of learning and create a visiblemarket presence
* Maintain accurate reports ongrowth activity pipeline reporting and capacity planning to assesspotential business risks and develop mitigationplans.
* Develop existing client relationships tosecure business and cultivate new learning clientrelationships.
