Senior National Account Manager – Branded FMCG
Location: Southern Home Counties Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: Circa £65,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
The Company:
Lime Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-led FMCG brand on a mission to drive positive change through healthy, sustainable products. With an expanding range of premium branded goods sold across the UK and internationally, they’re scaling quickly and looking for a dynamic Senior National Account Manager to join their team.
The Role:
This is a high-impact position with full P&L responsibility across key grocery retail accounts. You’ll be instrumental in driving growth, launching innovation, and building standout customer relationships – all while supporting and developing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key supermarket accounts with full P&L ownership
* Lead commercial negotiations including JBPs, pricing, and promotional plans
* Drive new listings and extend distribution across a growing product range
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK and Europe
* Line manage and mentor two junior members of the team
* Provide regular commercial updates to senior leadership and contribute to annual planning
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience managing grocery multiples as a National Account Manager
* Strong track record of owning P&L, delivering growth, and negotiating trade terms
* People management experience is a plus
* Commercially savvy, results-driven, and strategic in your approach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Passion for health, sustainability, or purpose-led consumer brands
