About You
Are you interested in how places are designed, developed, and shaped for future communities? Do you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy research and problem-solving, and want to build a career in the built environment?
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Planning Apprentice to join our Planning team based in Ringwood. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience within one of the UK's leading retirement living developers while studying towards a Level 4 Town Planning Assistant Apprenticeship.

You'll work alongside experienced planning professionals, supporting a variety of projects that help deliver high-quality developments and sustainable communities across the UK.
You will be naturally curious, organised, and eager to learn. Whether researching planning policies, supporting planning applications, attending site visits, or helping to assess development opportunities, you'll gain exposure to the full planning process while developing valuable professional skills.
You will have strong communication skills, enjoy working collaboratively, and be comfortable managing your time effectively as you balance workplace responsibilities with your apprenticeship studies.
This role would suit a school leaver, college leaver, or someone looking to start a career in planning, property, development, or the built environment. Above all, we're looking for someone with enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in shaping places and communities.
