Office/Finance Support Administrator Type: Temp OR Temp to Perm Hours: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm Our friendly client are looking for an Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary role with the potential to go permanent. You will be providing administrative support across different departments therefore for this role you will need strong admin experience, be confident, highly organised and have good attention to detail. Main Duties Assist with purchase orders General administrative duties, inc. document management. Provide ad hoc support to the Business Support Team, inc. reception cover when needed.Data inputting for supplier invoice and payment run preparation Posting month end journals. Posting sales orders, payments, and receipts Posting and emailing sales invoices to customers daily. Responding to and obtaining POD’s. Support with credit control by chasing outstanding payments Preparing quotations for the Sales team Preparation and distribution monthly customer statements
