Factory Operator Location: Evesham Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm (Enjoy your Friday afternoons off!) About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Drill Press Operator to join our Client in Evesham. This is a hands-on role where you will be carrying out a variety of manufacturing tasks, including: Operating drill press and other machinery Carrying out in-process quality checks General assembly, packing, and press operations (feeding, drilling, tapping) Following Health & Safety and environmental guidelines at all times Keeping your work area and equipment clean and safe What We’re Looking For: Previous experience with press-based processes is desirable Good attention to detail and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Reliable and punctual with good communication skills If you are looking for a steady role in manufacturing with great working hours, we’d love to hear from you!
