As part of our Managed Services Strategy Execution team, you will help deliver strategic growth through portfolio transformation initiatives that emphasize capital efficiency, industrialization of solutions, and AI infusion into service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Strategic problem solving – ‘Make a plan’
o Translate the overall Managed Services industrialization strategy into a structured commercial success plan.
o Support opportunities to improve capital efficiency, including alignment and integration of initiatives targeting capital release from existing processes and assets.
o Contribute to and execute the Managed Services workforce and location strategy.
o Identify and analyze AI infusion opportunities, measuring ROI for cross‑solution AI investments.
o Contribute to transformation initiatives and ongoing value realization reporting.
* Implementing strategic initiatives – ‘Make it Happen’
o Contribute to strategic initiatives with a hands‑on, data‑led approach, including investment decisions, ROI, commercial deal structuring, and financing requirements.
o Define success measures for Managed Services goals related to strategic pillars and enable execution through continuous monitoring, insights, support, and counsel to stakeholders.
* Thought‑leadership – ‘Develop EY’s understanding’
o Offer thoughtful challenge through insights and analytics based on up‑to‑date industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of broader organizational priorities.
o Support shaping our narrative on commercial metrics for analysts and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
* Experience in financial analytics, planning, and deal commercials.
* Organizational comprehension, management skills, and experience.
* Strong influencing and communication skills.
* Learning mindset with good presentation skills.
* Experience working in a geographically dispersed, matrixed organization with a complex stakeholder environment.
* Comfortable managing through ambiguity and complexity while working in a virtual setting.
