Typical project values range from £50k to £5 million As a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will be: * Reviewing and interpreting tender documentation, preparing accurate BoQs and cost plans. * Undertaking quantity take-offs and assisting in pricing substructure and superstructure packages, including M&E elements. * Negotiating and agreeing final accounts with both clients and supply chain partners. * Monitoring cost performance and identifying value engineering opportunities. * Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider project team.
