Client Administrator - £32,000 + Bonus – Bath/ Hybrid
I'm currently recruiting for a Client Administrator position with a well-respected wealth management firm based in Bath. They're looking for someone with at least 12 months' experience in financial services administration, ideally already based in or near the Bath area.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to provide proactive assistance
* Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
* Communicate with affluent and high-net-worth clients to ensure a seamless process and positive experience
* Assemble meeting materials for Advisors before client meetings
* Raise invoices where required
* Database management
