Foundation Manager
UK and Europe, Hybrid
We have an exciting opportunity to join QBE European Operations as the Foundation Manager, where you will lead and shape the strategic initiatives of the QBE Foundation. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with global teams to drive impactful programs and partnerships. We can consider hybrid workers within any of our UK and European Offices and are happy to discuss flexible working options.
Your New Role:
1. Develop, implement, and manage the QBE Foundation's strategy, partnerships, programs, initiatives, and events across the UK, Europe, UAE, and Canada.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations and design targeted online campaigns and engagement projects.
3. Manage the Foundation's budget, expenses, and financial reporting.
4. Make autonomous decisions regarding grants and engagement activities.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships by networking internally and externally to promote the Foundation and organisation's interests.
6. Represent the Foundation at various functions to enhance the organisation's brand within the community.
7. Coordinate programs that promote good corporate citizenship through diversity and inclusion.
8. Conduct due diligence on selected charities for divisional block grants and assist in funding decisions.
About you:
* Experience in managing corporate charity or foundation initiatives.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to make autonomous decisions.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities to engage with senior stakeholders.
* Adept at strategic planning and aligning regional strategies with global objectives.
* Comfortable working in a flexible environment and capable of adapting to changing priorities.
