Your Role
As part of the BU Tube Specialized – Sales Region EMEA team, you will own and drive the relationship with key customers in High Pressure Tubing application in your region, ensuring long-term growth and partnership. You will promote and sell our specialized High Pressure product portfolio, which includes stainless steels, Duplex and Nickel alloys products and future offerings currently under development. You will be responsible for achieving significant sales targets, developing initiatives to bolster our footprint in the commercial high-pressure sector, and building on our years of experience serving prestigious customers.
Your Responsibilities Include
Strategic Account Development
* Build and execute Key High Pressure Customer Plans, identifying growth opportunities, key stakeholders, financial forecasts, and engagement strategies aligned with High Pressure Tubing segment goals.
* Promote our specialized portfolio high pressure tube application and innovations to drive revenue and program success.
Customer Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
* Conduct regular face to face visit, business reviews, monitor satisfaction, and proactively identify new needs and opportunities.
Commercial & Pricing Management
* Develop and manage customer-specific pricing strategies, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
* Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful renewals and execution aligned with company objectives.
Order Intake, Forecasting & Performance Tracking
* Drive and monitor order intake and ensure alignment with production capacity planning and sales targets.
* Track account performance using KPIs like revenue growth, customer satisfaction, etc..
Internal and Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and customer service teams to deliver seamless execution and anticipate client needs.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
* Stay informed on high pressure tubing market trends, customer developments, and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
About You
You are a commercially savvy professional who thrives on building strong, lasting partnerships with key accounts customers. With a solid background in sales and/or account management in general engineering—you know how to turn opportunities into long-term success. You bring sharp negotiation skills, hands-on experience with pricing strategies, contract management, and a deep understanding of how to drive profitable growth. Data doesn't intimidate you—you use CRM, ERP, and analytics tools to make smart, informed decisions.
Working across teams comes naturally to you; you know how to connect with production, quality, and customer service to deliver a seamless experience to your customers. You hold a technical background in mechanical or general engineering, ideally with a specialization in metallurgy or experience in high-pressure systems, which enables you to understand the critical technical requirements of demanding applications. Your ability to interpret complex specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams ensures you can add real value to your customers, particularly in industries such as hydrogen, chemical processing, and energy, where safety and performance are non-negotiable.
Fluent in English and ideally in German, comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment, and ready to travel when needed, you are energized by the challenge of growing key accounts and helping our customers move their needs forward.
Frequent travels in Europe is expected up to 50%.
