Key Responsibilities
* Manage routine company secretarial compliance for corporate clients and LLPs
* Maintain statutory records, prepare confirmation statements, and handle incorporations
* Advise on complex company secretarial matters and execute transactions such as share buybacks
* Supervise and mentor junior colleagues while promoting services to expand the client base
Key Skills & Experience
Proven company secretarial experience (ideally gained in professional services)
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proactive problem-solving.

50:50 split: office-based: home.
