What We Are Looking For: We're growing and we are looking for a proactive HubSpot Administrator to optimize our CRM, working closely with our global sales teams. What You’ll Be Doing • Own the HubSpot CRM — manage and optimize its configuration to align with evolving business needs • Design and maintain workflows, custom properties, and automation rules to streamline cross-functional operations • Partner with Sales & Marketing to optimize pipelines, enable deal automation, and increase platform adoption through training and support • Maintain data quality — ensure accuracy, deduplication, and compliance with global data regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) • Develop custom reports and dashboards that deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders across the business • Document internal processes, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing • Integrate HubSpot AI tools — like predictive lead scoring, chatbots, and content assistants — to elevate customer engagement and internal efficiency • ✨ Leverage AI and ML-powered segmentation to automate lead nurturing and personalized outreach • Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms, enhancing data sync and visibility across tools • Keep up with the latest HubSpot features, evaluating and recommending innovations to drive business performance About You: You’re a proactive, tech-driven CRM professional with a passion for HubSpot and a knack for optimizing systems that power business growth. You don’t just keep systems running — you continuously enhance them. ✅ What You Bring • 5 years of experience in CRM administration, including hands-on work with HubSpot • Deep knowledge of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs and how they interconnect • Familiarity with AI/ML tools in CRM ecosystems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Experience with prompt engineering for AI tools like ChatGPT to generate campaign copy, reporting summaries, or lead nurture sequences • Proven ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and manage competing tasks in a dynamic environment • Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools and systems • HubSpot certifications — or a clear path toward earning them Nice to Have • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for fine-tuning emails and landing pages • ✉️ Familiarity with marketing automation and demand generation best practices • A degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field Why Join Cintra?
