You will provide clinical services in conjunction with colleagues under the supervision of a Consultant Surgeon, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of illnesses.
You will contribute to the care of general surgical inpatients, day cases, and outpatients, with appropriate consultant supervision based on your experience.
You will offer advice to clinicians in hospital and primary care, via telephone or ward referrals.

The department is led by a Clinical Director, supported by Clinical Leads, Head of Nursing, and General Managers. It is part of the Integrated Surgical Services Group, which includes specialties like Pancreatic, Bariatric, Oesophageal, Colorectal, Endocrine, Vascular, Urology, and Head & Neck services.
