Job Description: The Performance Excellence Manager will oversee the planning, allocation, and optimisation of project management resources across product lines, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with business objectives. The role involves leading recruitment, supporting talent development, and providing guidance on performance management to line managers. You will also ensure compliance with people policies, manage budgets within the function, and drive continuous improvement through more efficient and streamlined ways of working.
