This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday). This is a 12m FTC role. Overall Purpose of the Role This role is responsible for working with the Senior Manager in developing and implementing EMEA and UK marketing strategy across media and creative campaigns for assigned transactional releases Own and develop relationships with assigned global and local clients, ensuring excellent communication and support levels for key releases Manage on platform asset production process for EMEA for assigned titles and ad hoc projects Work closely with the Store Management team to determine the level of Marketing support required for each movie release in the transactional window across all markets and negotiate the best levels of support from partners Align on European client marketing support, joint activations and campaign summaries Responsible for campaign budget s, planning, tracking, and g lobal / local account spend levels, (working with Senior Marketing Manager) Areas of Responsibility: Support the Senior Marketing Manager on new release movies as, deliver y of marketing campaigns in the UK and assigned EMEA territories across pillar studio brands : Marvel Studios, Lucas Film and Searchlight Pictures to support objectives of the transactional business Develop promotional campaigns with key store partners across studio portfolio including pillar brands plus Disney Live Action, Disney Animation, Disney Pixar and 20 th Century Studios Lead on campaign planning and development for assigned titles, briefing media and creative agencies, developing creative assets to ensure stand out marketing campaigns Drive a collaborative and tailored approach with internal teams and stakeholders, mobilising wider teams to support across PR, social and partnerships Implement new processes and ways of working in assigned markets, aligning with local stakeholders to drive value for EHV Support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing a roadmap that encompasses the key activities and opportunities between key clients and Disney for new releases Evaluate the success of campaigns and share learnings Ensure there is a consistent approach, adherence to guidelines, communication on windowing, PR support and servicing across the relevant markets Present the slate and represent Marketing at key client meetings, internal calls & BASE Marketing budget management Present EMEA transactional marketing plans to senior stakeholders, campaigns, best practice and insights with our London based colleagues, the US team and other regions Oversee the asset production process for on platform, working closely with agencies and US counter parts.
