Are you looking for a new position as an Assistant Manager / Sales Manager within a 3-office independent Estate Agent? The agency prides themselves on their local knowledge and professional experience in the property market. They specialise in the sale and letting of homes in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. They offer a professional, reliable and personal real estate service.
This role would be suitable for someone with previous experience Estate Agency experience as either a Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Assistant Manager looking to step up into a management role. You must possess ambition and passion for the property industry with local area knowledge who can drive the business forward.
You will be joining a high performing sales team, managing a team of 2 in their busy Bourne End office. You will receive exceptional training with ongoing support as well as a brilliant career progression pathway.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits of the Assistant Manager / Sales Manager position include:
* Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm working 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 4pm

Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager / Sales Manager position include:
* Leading and supporting a dynamic team
* Inspiring and motivating the team
* Managing a team of 2
* Ensuring that processes are followed correctly, maximising every opportunity and applicant
* Support with general administration and general office management
* Meeting with clients
* Carry out viewings of the properties
* Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
* Negotiating the offer between the buyer and the seller
* Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
The skills required for the Assistant Manager / Sales Manager role will include:
* Have previous estate agency experience as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or Assistant Manager
* Valuing experience with a strong conversion rate
* Must have a full understanding of property processes
* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Be well spoken and presented
* Possess excellent communication skills
* Also have outstanding organisational skills
* Be able to inspire and lead others
* Proven track record with successfully managing a small team
* Working to strict deadlines with a focus on detail.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
