What you will be doing:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the wellbeing of our Pensioners, including:
1. Leading by example in delivering high-quality personal care
2. Supporting and mentoring junior care staff
3. Promoting dignity, independence, and individual choice
4. Contributing to social activities and supporting the Activities Team
5. Maintaining accurate care plan records
6. Reporting on wellbeing and liaising with the wider care team
