Role: Insurance Administrator
Location: Brighton and Peacehaven, New Priory Vets
Contract: Part-Time, Permanent
This is a transitioning role created to ensure a smooth handover as the current Insurance Administrator reduces hours ahead of retirement. Full training and support are provided during this period.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and submit veterinary insurance claims.
* Liaise with insurance companies, clients, and internal teams.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with insurer requirements.
* Maintain organized and up-to-date claim records.
* Provide clear, empathetic communication to clients throughout the claims process.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicating with clients and external organizations.
* Comfortable managing workloads independently.
* Experienced in insurance administration and/or veterinary practice (preferred but not essential).
* Calm, professional, and empathetic in a client-facing environment.
