Purpose of the Role
* Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable within the Finance Department.
Primary Duties – across various Xodus entities:
* Lead and coordinate the AP team to ensure high service levels across all regions.
* Maintain the accounts payable inbox, collate invoices, and input data.
* Support approvers through Sicon Approvals for invoices.
* Ensure timely posting of invoices to Sage 200 / Sicon.
* Handle supplier queries.
* Assist with employee expense processing and reconciliation.
* Reconcile and post company credit card statements.
* Raise and oversee payment runs in Sage 200 and upload payments to the bank.
* Report creditor issues to management.
* Liaise with the business to prioritize payments and vendors.
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
* Oversee intercompany invoicing and reconciliation.
* Coordinate addition of third-party invoices and expenses to the PSA, and save backups for billing.
Supplemental Duties:
* Assist the accounts team with ad-hoc duties as required.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Provide holiday cover for the AP team.
Key Deliverables:
* Ensure all invoices comply with internal authority and are processed promptly.
* Maintain a clean and well-organized Purchase Ledger.
