Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team as we mobilise and deliver an ambitious programme for United Utilities. You’ll be working on diverse projects including wastewater treatment plants, chemical removal schemes, bio‑resource enhancements, reservoir compliance projects and bathing water initiatives. This role offers excellent prospects for professional growth within a supportive environment where your contributions will make a real difference.
Responsibilities
* Preparing integrated cost forecasts and financial reports for projects
* Supporting subcontract measurement, interim and final accounts
* Monitoring actual costs and ensuring accurate cost base capture
* Analysing cost efficiency and reporting on scheme profitability
* Assisting with cash flow forecasts and payment monitoring
Qualifications
* Qualified as a Quantity Surveyor and have excellent numerical and IT skills, particularly in Excel
* Have worked within the utilities/construction industry previously
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Collaborative team player who enjoys building relationships
