Role Overview
The Omorovicza Trainer Field Retail & SPA will sit across both Spa and Retail channels, ensuring consistency of treatment excellence and luxury service across the region. The role blends technical spa treatment training with retail education and event support, requiring commercial acumen, drive and adaptability.
This position will deliver hands-on training in spas, host impactful retail activations, and inspire partner teams to embody the Omorovicza brand. With extensive travel across EMEA, no two days will be the same.
This is a highly mobile and varied position, requiring some travel across the EMEA region. From delivering immersive training in luxury hotel spas to leading experiential retail activations in key markets. The role demands creativity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Spa Training & Support
* Deliver comprehensive Omorovicza spa treatment training to partner therapists across luxury hotel spas and flagship locations throughout EMEA.
* Coach and mentor spa teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring each treatment reflects the brand’s heritage and technical excellence.
* Supports the London Institute and other locations for cover and in treatment, delivering support to Head of Sales as per business need, when not in training to support at the Institute.
* Conduct treatment assessments, evaluations, and refresher sessions to maintain consistent, world-class standards.
* Introduce and launch new treatment protocols, supporting partners with technical mastery and product knowledge.
* Collaborate closely with partner spa managers to align service delivery and team performance with commercial objectives and guest satisfaction metrics.
* Support the rollout of new spa openings, ensuring flawless integration of Omorovicza treatments and brand philosophy.
* Host Spa events, redeemable treatment days, workshops, masterclasses and demonstrations.
* Travel to prospective spa partners to perform treatment demos to ultimately showcase the brand.
Retail Training & Eventing
* Deliver engaging, results-driven retail education to Brand Ambassadors, department store teams, and brand partner staff, including Space NK across London and the rest of the UK.
* Host in-store activations, masterclasses, and experiential events designed to inspire customers and elevate brand awareness.
* Train retail teams on client engagement, storytelling, and service-led selling, empowering them to translate brand expertise into measurable sales success.
* Partner with the commercial and marketing teams to support key retail launches, new product introductions, and high-impact events.
* Provide post-training follow-up and performance feedback to ensure retail excellence and continuous improvement.
Ambassadorship & Collaboration
* Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Omorovicza with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity at all times.
* Collaborate with Education, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure that training initiatives directly support business goals and drive sell-through.
* Gather and communicate market insights, competitor intelligence, and qualitative feedback to inform future training programs and brand strategy.
* Represent the brand at press events, trade shows, partner conferences, and VIP experiences, confidently showcasing Omorovicza’s philosophy and innovation.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of training materials, digital learning tools, and education frameworks to enhance the learning experience across the region.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in training within luxury skincare, spa, or cosmetics.
* NVQ Level 3 – Beauty Therapy
* Excellent coaching, presentation, and facilitation skills; ability to inspire diverse audiences.
* Strong technical spa background with proven experience in treatment training.
* Demonstrable commercial awareness and retail expertise, with ability to link training to sales results.
* Fluent in English (additional EMEA languages are an advantage).
* Highly adaptable, polished, and confident with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about skincare, wellness, and luxury service standards.
* Flexibility to travel up to 80% across EMEA.
