Marketing Manager - Americas
The role of Senior Marketing Manager – Americas will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work collaboratively with the Americas Business Development team and other functions to devise, implement, and assess the marketing strategy for the region.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy
2. Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy to achieve lead generation and retention targets.
3. Conduct research on customers, markets, and competitors to identify investment opportunities.
4. Represent the region at internal and external stakeholder meetings.
5. Collaborate with third-party agencies to execute the strategy.
6. Manage regional marketing budgets, including cost projections, adjustments, and expenditure reviews.
7. Regional marketing communications
8. Build relationships with partners, influencers, media, and industry associations.
9. Plan and evaluate all marketing communications, including digital channels and content development.
10. Manage marketing collateral production and oversee attendance at external events.
11. Customer Relationship Management
12. Manage customer and prospect databases to support revenue targets.
13. Evaluation
14. Gather and analyze data for marketing planning and adjustments.
15. Prepare reports on KPIs and regional pipeline development.
16. Other
17. Manage team performance and adhere to company policies.
18. Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
1. Experience in marketing within or to the Americas region.
2. Over 5 years of marketing experience at a managerial level in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven ability to develop and manage marketing strategies across multiple projects.
4. Experience with dealer networks and lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Digital marketing qualification or working towards one, such as CIM or Digital Marketing Institute.
