Job Overview
EcoVadis is a leading provider of business sustainability ratings. The Sales team is recruiting an Enterprise SaaS Sales Professional to drive growth in the Nordic region, focusing on net new logos and expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
* Sell the EcoVadis solution and service to new accounts in the assigned territory.
* Execute a solution‑based sales process encompassing multiple groups within an account.
* Define account strategies that enable sales velocity through controlled and well‑managed sales cycles.
* Partner with EcoVadis Inside Sales, Customer Success, and other internal divisions to achieve rapid existing and target account growth.
* Build relationships with key executives (Partners, ESG, Sustainability, Directors) within assigned accounts.
* Interact with the current “Account Management” organization and all other EcoVadis colleagues in pursuit of overall customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the EcoVadis solution.
* Participate in applicable industry conferences both internal and external.
* Develop business development opportunities and provide guidance on tailoring products and services to the specific needs of the territory and sustainable finance space.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years sales experience and 3 years selling enterprise software to large companies with a proven track record exceeding annual quota.
* Experience selling SaaS or Platform solutions to Procurement, ESG, Sustainability, Compliance, Supply Chain personas.
* Ability to develop and execute full‑cycle sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, with a natural ability to rapidly identify and form relationships with decision makers.
* Proven ability to engage, build and manage C‑level and executive relationships.
* Exceptional presentation skills.
* Fully professional in English and any Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish).
* Highly proficient in the use of Saleforce.com, Use of Sales Navigator and Salesloft a plus.
* Highly professional written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work well in an international team environment.
* University degree required.
