You will also assist with additional duties across the store and in the stockroom.

What you'll be doing
* Provide excellent customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity.
* Identify customer needs and answer product-related questions, including queries about price, features, and benefits.
* Maximize every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPIs.
* Capture customer data to expand The White Company database and encourage customer loyalty.
