We are seeking a compassionate, experienced live-in carer to provide 24-hour support to a lady for 4 days per week. This role will start on a Tuesday and support will be provided until Saturday morning when family take over.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 24-hour supervision and companionship
* Support with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Meal preparation and medication reminders
* Light housekeeping
* Ensure a safe, calm environment
Requirements
* Previous experience in a care role (live-in care experience preferred).
* Experience with dementia care essential
* Must be reliable, patient, and kind
* A compassionate, patient, and respectful nature.
* Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
* Good written and spoken English.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Clear enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential).
* Full UK driving licence .
