Role Purpose
This is a full-time role as a Client Service Coordinator at Amber River East Anglia in Colchester. The purpose is to support the operational needs of the Hub, working alongside our Paraplanners and Independent Financial Advisers to ensure all client requests and related tasks are dealt with professionally and effectively to deliver an excellent, positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Arrange client meetings on behalf of the Adviser
* Collate and manage information and facts, preparing documentation for client meetings
* Maintain client contact, keeping them updated on the current position with regard to any ongoing matters
* Ensure post meeting process is completed within deadlines
* Manage the letter of authority end to end process
* Ensure the back office system is maintained detailing all ongoing actions and workflow
* As required, produce suitability letters for simple transactions such as post meeting reports, bed & ISA or fund switch letters
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
* Understanding of the advice process
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* A strong work ethic and a flexible attitude
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and to build strong relationships
* A minimum of two years' previous experience working as an administrator within financial services or wealth management
* Successful achievement of CII RO exams would be a plus
