D365 F&SCM Application Support/Consultant £50,000 - £65,000 Hybrid, 2x on site per week - Selby End User, Food & Beverage Sector (Must have knowledge and hands on experience of the Finance and Supply Chain module, don't need to be a guru of either) I'm working with a long-standing client in the food & beverage sector, based in the Selby, North Yorkshire who’ve recently completed their Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation. My client is going from 300 users to 600, doubled size and of the back of this looking to build a D365 Hub due to acquiring another company. (so 6 in total) I'm keen to speak with you if you have in depth knowledge & experience within the Supply Chain Module. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit, collaborative team where you’ll be the go-to for D365 F&O support, playing a key role in issue resolution and continuous improvement of their application landscape. What I'm looking for / Day 2 Day: Provide 1st to 3rd line support for Dynamics 365 F&SCM users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Finance and/or Supply Chain modules. Log, track, and manage tickets using a support tools Understand business processes and how they map to D365 functionality. Work with end-users to gather requirements or feedback. Perform gap analysis and suggest system improvements. Configure workflows, approval processes, and security roles within F&SCM. Support testing (UAT, regression) for patches, upgrades, or enhancements. Create and maintain documentation for system changes. Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams or vendors. Provide training or guidance to users post-deployment. Collaborate with functional leads, project managers, or developers. Monitor performance of the D365 application. Assist with regular updates, patching, and integration checks. Support data integrity and assist with data migration activities if needed. General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management. Inventory management, Procurement & sourcing, Sales order processing, Warehouse management, Master planning. Ideal Background: 3 years D365 F&O Experience Good exposure to the Finance and SCM Module (don't need to be a guru of either) Strong functional understanding of sales orders, invoicing, credit control, and customer accounts. Confident troubleshooting issues and working with end users. Understanding of basic finance processes and how they tie into O2C. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
