Location: Remote (must be based in mainland UK with a valid right to work). You’ll need to attend one of our offices initially for training on systems, collecting equipment, and meeting key team members before working from home. The initial office-based period is typically around one week, (further flexibility available dependent on experience and location).

Join our supportive, sociable and ambitious team as a Flexi Conveyancer. You’ll provide vital cover across our New Build or Residential teams, picking up live caseloads when colleagues are on leave or during busy periods. Rather than managing your own assigned files, you’ll support others and enjoy greater variety in your day-to-day work - without the pressure of your own caseload!
What You’ll Do:
* Step into live caseloads across Residential or New Build conveyancing teams
* Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
* Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on our CMS
* Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries/concerns
* Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience in managing/supporting conveyancing transactions.
* Must have hands-on experience with:
o Source of Funds checks (reviewing bank statements, conducting checks directly)
o Searches and sale enquiries (confident in interpreting search results, not just ordering)
* Adaptability and confidence working with unfamiliar caseloads, with the ability to use your own initiative
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
* Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus)
* Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results
