Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As part of the management team, you'll oversee the shop when the Manager isn't present, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to succeed. We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. Your role will be to ensure a brilliant shopping experience for all customers, whether in-store or online.
Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to achieve excellent results and uphold shop standards.
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and kindly.
3. Preparing products, including sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Maintaining fully stocked displays with diverse options.
5. Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable.

About You
You should be reliable, demonstrate natural leadership, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Supportive of an inclusive culture, you value diversity.
