Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive online identity and promote our products and services through innovative content.
Duties
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok
* Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice.
* Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
* Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
Experience
* Proven experience in social media management or public relations is preferred but not essential
* Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling through digital content.

Pay: £12.50 per hour
