Events Coordinator - 6 Month Contract - Richmond (Hybrid Working)
Robert Half are working with a global financial services business. We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join on a 6 month contract - this is a critical role to support marketing activity, with they key focus around the management and delivery of an events plan. These include trade shows, internal events, partner days and others.
Responsibilities
1. Maintenance of the annual Events Calendar
2. Prepare and maintain event plans for each event
3. Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer service
4. Manage event budgets and deadlines
5. Oversee post-event activity, including analysis, invoicing, equipment return
6. Range of other marketing activity including
7. Website Management
8. Internal and External Comm. Content
Requirements
9. Minimum of 3 years experience in Events Management
10. Experience in Financial Services or similar industry highly desirable
