East Brig is a 10-bedded rehabilitation unit for people with severe and enduring mental illness. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Health Care Support Worker (Band 3) to join our established multi-disciplinary team. You would be responsible for delivering comprehensive, individualised treatment and recovery plans to support patients in returning home. The successful candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team and third sector agencies, advocating on behalf of patients and promoting a collaborative, recovery-oriented focus. If you are flexible, resourceful, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and aspire to deliver exceptional standards of care, we would be very interested in hearing from you.

Please note: the salary quoted is for full-time hours (37 hrs per week). For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.
