Your Role as an EYFS Teacher Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and interactive lessons tailored to EYFS pupils. Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that fosters children's curiosity and love for learning. Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support and feedback to enhance their development. Encourage children to develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills through play-based learning. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure every child reaches their potential. Participate in staff meetings, training, and school-wide initiatives. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in the EYFS or with young children. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and effective assessment strategies. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A passion for inclusive education and fostering a love of learning in young children. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
