Role Overview
* Manage and optimise Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns.
* Monitor pacing, adjust bids, run tests, and drive daily improvements.
* Analyse data to spot trends, performance issues, and growth opportunities.
* Present results, insights, and recommendations in a clear, concise way.
* Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives.
* Keep up to date with Amazon Advertising updates, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
* 3+ years in Amazon Advertising, retail media, or performance marketing (agency experience useful).
* Proficiency with Amazon Ad Console and ideally Amazon DSP / Sponsored Ads.
* Strong analytical ability and confidence working with data/Excel.
* Clear communication skills, especially when explaining performance insights.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace.
