Job Title: Oracle Fusion Solution Architect
Location: Hybrid – Nottingham & London (2–3 days onsite per week)
Contract Length: 6 months
Day Rate: £400 (Inside IR35)
Overview
We are working with a leading global technology consultancy on a major Oracle Cloud transformation programme. They are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to define and deliver end-to-end architecture across a complex enterprise landscape.
This role will suit someone who thrives in large-scale transformation environments and can operate across business, application, data, and technology domains.
The Role
You will play a key role in shaping solution architecture across multiple Oracle Fusion workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Design end-to-end solution architectures across Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, EPM, CX, OTM)
* Define integrations, data flows, and infrastructure across SaaS, PaaS, and cloud platforms
* Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to define scalable solutions
* Lead architecture governance, reviews, and design assurance
* Drive cloud migration and modernisation strategies
* Ensure integration with legacy systems and third-party platforms
* Apply architecture patterns, API strategies, and data models
* Guide cross-functional delivery teams across development and DevOps
* Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards
Required Experience
* Strong experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
* Expertise across ERP / SCM / EPM / CX / OTM
* Solid understanding of Oracle PaaS / OCI
* Deep knowledge of integration architecture and data design
* Proven track record in large-scale transformation or ERP programmes
* Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capability
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
* Oracle certifications (Fusion / OCI)
* Experience with Agile / SAFe / DevOps environments
* Background in regulated industries (finance, public sector, healthcare)
Working Pattern
* Hybrid: 2–3 days per week onsite (Nottingham / London)
* Collaborative, multi-team delivery environment
