This will involve leading a team of teachers and teaching assistants working across 4 or 5 classes. In addition to teaching your class, you will be responsible for developing an exciting learning journey for the year group including leading on the weekly planning and organising events and trips.In addition, you will be leading your team, helping them grow and working closely with parents.
