The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 2 experience desirable)
* A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and phonics
* A nurturing, positive approach with strong behaviour management
* A commitment to raising standards and creating an inclusive learning environment
