A popular fashion retailer is looking for a floor manager in Manchester Arndale shopping centre. This brand offers a beautiful range for ladies ready to wear and has established itself on high streets and shopping centres across the UK.
The role of assistant manager will require the chosen candidate to effectively achieve KPIs whilst leading the team and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 15 10 staff, ensuring that everybody is motivated and achieving targets to increase sales within the store.
