Your responsibilities will include: Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS. Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. About the Role: Surveys are carried out on a asset management software tablet devices will be provided. Carry out 6-8 completed surveys per day Induction provided to use the software.
