About You:
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
* Target-driven with a track record of exceeding goals.
* Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
* Organised, resilient and confident managing a busy pipeline.
* Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce is a bonus).
* Permanent, unrestricted Right to Work in the UK + commutable to Leeds.
The Role
You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across a comprehensive suite of software solutions. Expect variety, autonomy, and the ability to make a real impact on revenue and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong client relationships and understand each customer's challenges and goals.
* Increase MRR through upselling and cross-selling.
* Develop strategic account plans to maximise growth.
* Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data.
* Meet daily KPIs and sales targets.
* Share market insight and customer feedback with the wider team.
