Production of Management Accounts (full P&L and Balance Sheet). Posting of monthly journals including accruals and prepayments. Month end process of intercompany reconciliations. Completing quarterly recharge invoices, actively driving reduction in intercompany transactions. Complete balance sheet reconciliations, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. Management of fixed asset register. Suggest improvements in control processes. Preparation of VAT returns and payroll reconciliations. Cash management, bank reconciliations and approval of purchase ledger and other ad-hoc payments. Assistance with the preparation of annual statutory accounts. Ad hoc reporting and projects as required.
