This person can come from a BD background or Sales role with knowledge of ServiceNow :) Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and expand a new client portfolio across Europe, with a strong emphasis on net-new logo acquisition. Own the full sales lifecycle end-to-end — from prospecting and qualification through value positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. Position ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM/CRM, IRM, and AI-enabled capabilities) as catalysts for business transformation, focusing on measurable business outcomes rather than technical features. Develop and execute a territory and account growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives. Work in close partnership with ServiceNow alliance teams, solution consultants, and delivery leadership to pursue and win complex enterprise engagements. Establish and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers. Represent the organisation at industry events, ServiceNow forums, and strategic client engagements. Qualifications Demonstrated success in a Sales Manager or Business Development role within enterprise technology or consulting environments. Proven experience selling ServiceNow services, including implementation, managed services, advisory offerings, and partner-led licensing models.
