Your Role
We are seeking a visionary UX Creative Director to build and lead our next-generation UX practice. This is not a traditional UX role—it’s about reimagining customer experiences in the age of Generative AI and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will be a creative leader who understands how AI is transforming consumer behaviour, buying journeys, and digital interactions—and can harness this power to design experiences that are proactive, personalized, and deeply engaging.
Your Skills
* Define the Future of UX: Establish a forward-thinking UX strategy that leverages AI to create dynamic, adaptive experiences for customers and agents.
* Innovate with AI: Integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI into research, concepting, and design workflows to accelerate creativity and insight generation.
* Customer Journey Intelligence: Design experiences that anticipate customer needs based on their buying journey, using AI-driven insights to deliver proactive engagement.
* Agent-Centric Design: Reimagine UX for a world where customers and AI agents interact seamlessly, creating intuitive interfaces for multi-agent ecosystems.
* Build the Practice: Develop a high-performing UX team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
* Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure UX strategy aligns with business goals and technology capabilities.
* Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, UX, and consumer behavior; evangelize best practices internally and externally.
