Qualifications
* Must have 3-year minimum experience in construction.
* 5 days office based.
* Must have multiple software skills.
* 3-5 years' experience in a Document Controller role within the construction industry.
* Experience working with a main contractor is preferred.
* Good understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work and document control across all project stages.
* Experience on large-scale construction projects (hospitality experience is advantageous).
* Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (essential).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Solid understanding of document control processes, revision management, and workflows.
* Experience managing handover documentation and O&M manuals.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
